As a wedding planner in the Champagne region, I have selected my five favorite wedding venues in Champagne, places I recommend for their setting, their services, and the unique experience they offer to future newlyweds.

Le Château Comtesse Lafond
It's no secret that Château Comtesse Lafond is the venue where I have organized the most weddings over the past several years.
As a wedding planner, I believe it is the perfect venue for your wedding celebration for many reasons. Here are its advantages:
- An ideal location : At the top of the sublime Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, Château Comtesse Lafond is centrally located and accessible from Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport via the TGV.
Once you are in Epernay, you don't even need to rent a car as you can get around by walking : visits to Champagne cellars, restaurants... your guests will be spoiled for choice when it comes to spending a dream weekend.
- Flexible capacity : Whether you want a small wedding or a large reception, the château's various spaces allow you to adapt your reception to your number of guests : you will have access to the large park, various terraces, cellars, and reception rooms to create the atmosphere you desire.
- Indoor alternatives : As a wedding planner, I always consider all weather options and have backup plans in case of inclement weather. The château has many separate spaces, so you can hold your secular ceremony
and reception indoors in case of rain.
These alternatives are just as charming as the outdoor options and will give these moments an intimate and warm feel.

Located 20 minutes from Reims, Château de Cormicy is a sublime castle that has been carefully renovated by Laëtitia and Blanche-Marie, the two sisters who own this dream location! Here are some of the highlights
of this beautiful estate:
- High-end on-site accommodation : 34 beds are spread across the estate, and when I say beds, I mean rooms decorated with incredible taste, with superb bathrooms.
Your guests will therefore be comfortably accommodated for your wedding weekend.
- Cozy spaces : The castle is a comfortable size and has various lounges, all tastefully decorated, which can be used for your various celebrations: dining room, reception room...as for the library lounge with its grand piano, it is perfect for your guests who want peace and quiet.
- Wine workshops : Blanche-Marie, one of the owners and a trained oenologist, can offer wine workshops to your guests. An ideal activity for discovering champagne!

Le Clos de Beaurepaire
Le Clos de Beaurepaire is a beautiful reception venue located in the Aube region,
successfully renovated by Elisabeth and Olivier, its charming owners.
A place with many positive points, here are just a few:
- Can be privatized for 3 days : To make the most of this incredible venue, it is possible to arrive on Friday to enjoy 3 days on site. This allows for total immersion, and you and your guests can enjoy a timeless break. The estate has around fifty beds, which is quite rare in the region.
- A huge barn : For your wedding reception, the stunning barn can accommodate up to 350 guests.
You will be charmed by its wooden beams and chalk gables. And don't worry if you are having a wedding with few guests, the space is modular with large curtains and can be adapted to any configuration.
- The little extras : Elisabeth and Olivier think of EVERYTHING: breakfast options, beer and cocktail taps, hot dog machines... Every year, they go the extra mile by offering newlyweds new options!
Le Clos de Beaurepaire is an incredible venue in the heart of the countryside, where you and your guests can enjoy an enchanting weekend getaway!

La Closeraie
The countryside in (almost !) the city : Welcome to La Closeraie. This beautiful wedding venue near Reims offers complete privacy for your wedding weekends, including a 3-bedroom cottage.
Here are some of the highlights of this lovely estate:
- Proximity to Reims : Just 15 minutes from Reims, in Les Mesneux, La Closeraie is very easy to get to, whether your guests are from Champagne or elsewhere. The site has a large car park.
- A charming garden : We love the estate's garden!
A green haven where you can hold your secular ceremony and/or reception.
The owners have even installed a stunning glass roof, which will be the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos.
- Trendy furniture and decor : furniture is an integral part of your wedding decor.
La Closeraie has beautiful wooden cross chairs, which blend beautifully with the beams and stone of the room.
They also offer furniture and decorative items for hire, so you can centralize as many elements as possible on site, which is extremely convenient and comfortable!
La Closeraie is therefore the ideal venue for Reims residents (and everyone else) who want a rustic, elegant, and modern wedding.

Le Château de Pierry
In the Champagne vineyards, near Epernay, lies the Château de Pierry.
Its typical 18th-century Champagne architecture will appeal to future newlyweds in search of authenticity.
Here are some of the advantages of this beautiful château:
- A privileged location : the château is located 2 km from Epernay, in a charming wine-growing village : a true immersion in Champagne!
With a beautiful view of the vineyards, it is easy to go there for a rustic couple's photo shoot in the heart of nature.
- Modular spaces : the Château de Pierry can accommodate up to 260 people for your reception, which is quite rare in the Marne region. You can choose a package based on the number of guests and the spaces you rent.
- A prestigious historical setting : elegant 18th-century salons, an English garden, antique objects...
Step back in time when you open the castle doors. History buffs will be captivated by this castle with a real soul.

These five wedding venues in Reims and Champagne are my personal favorites, but the region is obviously
full of many other charming locations.
It is important that the reception venue you choose meets several criteria (we will come back to this in a future article !), but let yourself be guided by your emotions and the atmosphere in which you imagine saying “I do.”
