DISCOVERY OF YOUR PROJECT
When you contact me, we will arrange a video or face-to-face meeting.
During this meeting, you will tell me about your wedding, the venue, the vendors you have chosen, and the schedule you have set.
I will also ask you some questions to complete our discussion.
Finally, I will explain how I work when you hire me to coordinate your wedding.
Following this appointment, I will send you a detailed quote.
2/ FORMALISING OUR
COLLABORATION
Once the quote has been sent, I am available to answer any questions you may have, and if you would like me to be your wedding coordinator,
I will send you a contract and my terms and conditions, which will formalize our collaboration.
A deposit must also be paid in order to secure your wedding date.
3/ RESUMING YOUR ORGANIZATION
AT DAY-30
Throughout your wedding planning process, I am available to answer any questions you may have.
Thirty days before the wedding, I will review all the contracts signed with your service providers to ensure that nothing is missing.
I will then organize meetings with your service providers to review the schedules and logistical details of your wedding day.
