En amont de votre mariage, je reprends l’ensemble de votre organisation afin de m’imprégner de votre projet.
J’échange avec chacun de vos prestataires, vérifie les derniers détails et construis un planning précis et réaliste.
Cette phase de préparation me permet d’anticiper chaque moment clé, d’identifier les points de vigilance et de vous libérer mentalement à l’approche de votre
grand jour.
Le jour de votre mariage, je suis présente pour orchestrer l’ensemble de la journée avec fluidité et discrétion.
J’accueille et coordonne les prestataires, veille au respect du timing et supervise chaque étape, des préparatifs jusqu’aux premières danses.
Je m’assure que tout se déroule comme prévu, dans le respect de vos envies, pour que vous puissiez vivre pleinement chaque instant, sans vous soucier de l’organisation.
Parce qu’aucun mariage n’est totalement à l’abri d’un imprévu, je suis là pour les anticiper et les gérer en toute discrétion.
Qu’il s’agisse d’un retard, d’un ajustement de planning ou d’un détail de dernière minute, je trouve des solutions rapidement, sans que vous ni vos invités n’en soyez affectés.
